Kathryn Linea Rund is the owner and founder of Kathryn Linea Rund Design Studios. She is an active designer with nearly twenty years of experience in the industry. Her areas of expertise include land use and code compliance, CAD/BIM/VDC & blueprints, industrial design & development, residential design, event & experiential design, project management, and sustainable design.
Kathryn has pursued a career path that branches out from typical designers. Adapting to the ups and downs of the market, she developed an extensive background in architecture, building design, interior design, industrial design, mechanical design, electrical design, automation, land use planning, branding, government process and permitting, event design, fine art and more. Her well rounded skill set contributes to solid and thorough design solutions.
Kathryn is passionate about supporting women in business, as well as an advocate for people with disabilities. This passion led Kathryn to assist others with the design and permitting process as she saw there was a need for that in her community. She worked on many charitable projects, which in turn, led to the creation of her studio.
