Walter Kunstmann is a Certified Property Inspection Specialist at ASC Home Inspections and has more than three decades of experience in the real estate sector. For more than 35 years, Walter Kunstmann has been a part of the Colorado Springs building/construction and real estate marketplace. Walter’s former education in architecture, design, and mechanical floor plan functions prepared him well for the further transition into the building industry.
Walter has earned certifications in the areas of floor-plan, commercial foodservice equipment, building products, hardware, appliances, plumbing, HVAC mechanicals, and cost level specifications. He is very familiar with both residential and commercially rated types of the various materials inspected in homes, restaurants, and commercial buildings in the Colorado Springs area.
