Associate Licensee Definition<\/h2>\n

An associate licensee<\/strong> is a real estate licensed salesperson or broker<\/a> who works under and is subject to the supervision of another primary or qualifying broker and operates in the capacity as a salesperson<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Explanation<\/h2>\n

Associate real estate licensees must affiliate with a licensed real estate brokerage<\/a> company in order to conduct business and operate in the capacity as a salesperson.<\/p>\n

Each brokerage company also must have a qualifying broker or primary broker who supervises and is ultimately responsible for all of the salespeople and brokers \u201cassociated\u201d with the brokerage.<\/p>\n
