What Is IDX?<\/h1>\n

IDX or simply\u00a0Internet Data Exchange is\u00a0a policy that encompasses rules, standards and software which enables MLS participants (agents and brokers) to import property listing data from a local MLS database into their own real estate websites to display listings publicly. Under IDX policy, brokers exchange consent to display each other\u2019s property listing data on participants\u2019 websites.<\/p>\n
