These areas or services may or may not be on the properties\u2019 land or tangible.<\/p>\n<p>Those areas of enjoyment could be at times shared as well with other residents in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realestatewords.com\/community-property\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">community dwelling<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes the amenities may also be a service and not real property.
