An agency disclosure is a document defining and explaining the legal relationship that a broker has with their client.<\/p>\n
An agency disclosure<\/a> explains the type of defined relationship with specific detailed duties a broker<\/a> has with his\/her client.<\/p>\n A broker can create a few types of agency with his or her client. This form is meant to specifically define the relationship and detail the duties based on that relationship.<\/p>\n Depending on the state, this form may be required to be disclosed and signed by the client<\/a> before any showing takes place, as it is done in NY state.<\/p>\n The most common agency relationship is dual agency.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
