Following in his grandfather’s footstep, Cedric founded D.R.E.A.M LLC in 2006 to provide much needed council to private investors and investment funds. He has been involved in South Florida real estate market for over two decades. He has purchased, managed and sold over $ 300 millions in residential and commercial properties in South Florida and has become a leading specialist in investment properties.
As a partner with several real estate development groups, Cedric has successfully raised over $62M for the development of single-family homes and condominium developments in South Florida.
Prior to working in real estate, Cedric was an executive for two Fortune 500 companies in New York and San Francisco. Cedric holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from Boston University. He is also active in the community as a palm beach leader for Israel bond and a licensed real estate broker and member of Miami and Palm Beach Association of Realtors.
