Amenities Definition

Amenities are the extra benefits that come with the property, and that aren’t necessarily located within the property, that allow for quiet enjoyment or other convenience.

Explanation

Certain properties will provide areas or services for enjoyment to residents. These areas or services may or may not be on the properties’ land or tangible.

Those areas of enjoyment could be at times shared as well with other residents in a community dwelling.

Sometimes the amenities may also be a service and not real property. Examples of some amenities: gym, doorman, rooftop access, laundry, daycare, concierge, dry cleaning, delivery to your door, golf course, fitness classes, dance classes, game rooms, party rooms, etc…
