Aesthetic Value

Aesthetic Value Definition

Aesthetic value is the value non- real estate property and/or attachments give to a real estate property.

Explanation

Any upgrades done to a property will give added value. Those upgrades would be aesthetics as they are not real property but rather attached to it.

Since they are considered upgrades and are attached to the property, they are to add value to it.

Aesthetics may be attached or detached. For example, there are times in a sale that furniture is included and those are considered detached aesthetics.
